Paul Libal | Installer
As a full-time installer for Strickland’s Home with over 25 years of experience in commercial and home installations, Paul prides himself in “getting measurements exactly right” and “balancing different situations and different houses.” Before he became a part of Strickland’s team, Paul worked as a commercial installer for Hillcraft, a kitchen and bathroom designer for Home Depot, and an independent contractor for a wide variety of clients. For Paul, joining Strickland’s team was exciting because it meant more variety with different clients, jobs, and locations every day. Paul enjoys supporting custom closet designers by tackling difficult installation challenges like irregular surfaces and unique spaces. As Paul says: “After you’ve worked through a challenge, there’s nothing better than seeing a customer satisfied and happy with the job you’ve done.”
When Paul isn’t measuring windows for draperies or installing window shades, he enjoys reading novels, tending to his garden of microgreens and tomatoes, going on bike rides, and spending time with his wife of 33 years. A former resident of Hawaii, Paul also enjoys visiting his daughter there or seeing his son who lives close by.
